Assist in design, construction and testing of NOvA detector modules. May also include building of fixtures and equipment for module assembly, testing sealed modules under pressure, calibrating leak sources, performing light attenuation measurements on wave length shifting fibers.

Completion of core physics or engineering courses or a mechanical aptitude and experience making and repairing things. The Physics course "Methods of Experimental Physics", machine shop and electronics experience are highly desirable.
