B.A. Physics

Doug has minors in Chemistry and Astrophysics, and will be graduating as a Community Engagement Scholar, an acknowledgement of the volunteer work he has completed during college.

After graduation Doug will continue as a Clinical Research Assistant for Hennepin County Medical Center’s Emergency Department while applying to Medical School.

Doug worked and volunteered in several areas, including: Engineers without Borders; The Minnesota Muscle Lab, a biophysics/biochemistry research lab; TASER, an Arizona-based Taser company; Hennepin County Medical Center’s Emergency Department as a clinical research assistant; the Physiology Department as a Teaching Assistant; and as a science and math tutor for school-aged children. He has minors in Chemistry and Astrophysics, and will be graduating as a Community Engagement Scholar, an acknowledgement of the volunteer work he completed during college.

He also plans on traveling, time permitting.
