Abigail and John Van Vleck Lectureship

The Van Vleck Lecture Series is one of the oldest lecture series at the University. It brings in a distinguished speaker to give a general physics lecture that is open to the public.

Physics Outreach and Community Education Fund

This fund will be used for outreach and community education, including the Physics Force program.

SPA Physics Student Quality of Life Fund

Funds will be used for SPA graduate student events, projects and other needs.

Phyllis St. Cyr Freier Lecture Fund

Giving to the Department Through Your Estate

Supporting the School of Physics and Astronomy in your estate plan is a simple way to make a profound impact. Although there are several ways to make such a gift, one of the easiest is placing a bequest to the School in your will. This has the advantage of not depleting needed income for living expenses, and often allows you to make a more financially significant gift than would have been possible during life.
