About My Work

I have done my one year long master's thesis work under the guidance of Prof. Tirtha Sankar Ray dedicated to the Implementation of new models by minimally extending the Standard model of Particle Physics with potential Dark Matter candidates and scrutinized the nature of the evolution of the gauge couplings, the stability of vacuum and relic densities of dark matter for these new models. In further details, we tried to fi gure out whether these models turn out to have a good Grand Uni cation or not.

I also did a short term project on Some aspects of Higgs Inflation under the supervision of Prof. Arindam Chatterjee at Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata.

Currently I am doing the course-work for PhD in the School of Physics and Astronomy at University of Minnesota. I am also a teaching assistant for the PHYS 1301 course in the Fall 2017 semester.
