Abstract

(My attempt to make sense of the controversial data from two experiments, one from the Mt. Blanc tunnel and the other our own Soudan-1. This was in response to the appearance of a multitude of theoretical papers on the subject of "cygnets" that the data spawned; none of which paid much attention to the actual details of the data).
