excitation and emission spectra, polarization

Day 2 (June 9th)

Lectures:9:00 -10:30 Fluorescence Lifetime + Polarization (2)
10:30 -11:30Quenching + FRET
11:30 � 12:00Fluorescence Essays
Lunch Break:12:00 -13:15
Lab:13:15 - 17:00Characterize antibody binding (by
fluorescence intensity and polarization)

Day 3 (June 10th)

Lectures:9:00 - 10:30Fluorescence Microscopy + FCS
Lab:10:30 - 14:00Introduction to two-photon microscope,
antibody binding probed by FCS, diffusion of green fluorescent protein in living cells

We will take short breaks between lectures. Note that beverages and food are not included in the workshop. Please bring your own coffee and snacks.
