Summary of Interests

About My Work

My research interests include ion outflow from the high latitude ionosphere; energization of the solar/polar wind; aurora physics and its connection to tail dynamics; Poynting flux carried by plasma waves and its effects; dipolarization at the near-earth region. Other research interests include kinetic Alfven wave, time domain structures, wave-particle interactions in the radiation belt, shock and reconnection site, data processing algorithms on the electric field, auroral images, and thermal particle data.
