Professor Allen M Goldman Fellowship
A fellowship started by former students of Professor Allen Goldman honoring his 40+ years of teaching and mentoring students. The fellowship will be awarded each year to a graduate student enrolled in the School of Physics and Astronomy working toward a graduate degree.

2011 Te Yu Chen
Te Yu Chen won the 2011 Allen M. Goldman Fellowship. He is originally from Taiwan. His research adviser is Prof. Paul Crowell in experimental condensed matter physics (Spin dynamics in ferromagnets).
He plans to use the scholarship for dissertation research during the summer.
