The $83 million facility will house 125 new offices and 40 new state-of-the-art laboratories. It will feature a 5,000 square foot clean room and a "high bay" for assembling large experimental equipment. The site is located at the corner of Beacon and Union Streets, just north of the Scholar's Walk.
