Physics Open House November 15

The School of Physics and Astronomy will hold an Open House on Thursday, November 15th. Events will include lab tours, a pizza lunch and a Physics Force show. More »

Physics Force at Homecoming

Colloquium to mark Peterson, Ruddick retirement

U Astronomers announce giant hole in the universe

School of Physics and Astronomy Professors Lawrence Rudnick and Liliya Williams along with Shea Brown will publish a paper that describes a void in space 1,000 times the volume typically expected for such a phenomenon. "Not only has no one ever found a void this big, but we never even expected to find one this size," Rudnick said. More »
