Optional Question & Answer sessions may be held on those Fridays quizzes aren't scheduled in our lecture hall (Tate B20) during the regular lecture time (10:10-11:00).


Use of fundamental principles to solve quantitative problems. Motion, forces, conservation principles, structure of matter. Applications to mechanical systems.

prereq: concurrent registration is required (or allowed) in Math 1271 or concurrent registration is required (or allowed) in Math 1371 or concurrent registration is required (or allowed) in Math 1571.
