Research Areas: Non-equlibrium transport properties of quantum Hall systems

Current Research

Our research focuses on experimental studies of non-linear and non-equilibrium low-temperature magneto-transport in semiconductor quantum structures, such as GaAs/AlGaAs quantum wells. The emphasis is on the effects of microwave radiation, dc electric fields, and acoustic phonons on transport properties. Relevant phenomena include microwave-induced resistance oscillations and zero-resistance states, Hall field-induced resistance oscillations and zero-differential resistance states, and phonon-induced resistance oscillations.
